Apricot Capital Group Sp. z.o.o., is the operating company at the centre of the Group, supervising multiple activities, including the sourcing and acquisition of land, development of construction projects, principal investment in, and asset management of, income-generating properties.
Apricot Capital Group has a number of affiliates and subsidiaries. Of note are Apritech, a general contractor and fit-out company (which in turn owns Carpentech, a carpentry manufacturing business), Studio20, an architectural studio, and Apricot Entertainment, an entertainment, gastronomy, and residential operator, which guides real estate lessors through the life-cycle of designing, building-out, launching, and subsequently operating buildings—or parts thereof—dedicated to these activities.

Studio20 is a studio whose activity consist of design in the field of architecture, urban planning and interior design. The principal behind undertaken activities is the attitude of openness towards people, ideas, and challenges of the changing reality.
Studio 20’s projects are characterised by the high quality of proprietary solutions.
The studio’s team consists of competent and creative architects, specialised in difficult and complex design tasks.

Fit-out | Constructing Interiors
Apritech designs and implements office and commercial space interior finishing works.
The scope of competencies includes a full range of services related to the preparation of space for the needs of a new tenant or landlord including technical and design consulting, cost and risk assessment, preparation of detailed designs and the implementation of the full range of construction and installation works with the supply of equipment.

Apricot Entertainment is an entertainment, gastronomy and residential operator, able to accompany and guide real estate asset lessors through the life cycle of designing, building-out, launching and subsequently operating buildings—or parts thereof— dedicated to this sector.
PAL Beer
PAL Beer is a fully-owned subsidiary of the Group, which complements Apricot Entertainment’s operation of real estate assets in the gastronomy and entertainment sector.
Our beer is brewed in Silesia, in cooperation with an established brewery, boasting nearly a decade and a half of experience.
The PAL Beer concept, beyond improving the customer experience and attracting those people who would not normally consume the beverage, dovetails perfectly into Apricot Entertainment’s vision of establishing a new standard for the entertainment and gastronomy sector.
