Apricot Capital Group and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“the Group”) is incorporated and operational in Poland. Apricot Capital Group Sp. z.o.o., is the operating company at the centre of the Group, supervising multiple activities, including the sourcing and acquisition of land, development of construction projects, principal investment in, and asset management of, income-generating properties.

Initially established with credentials as a centre of expertise for the Warsaw market, where it continues to thrive, the Group is now actively engaged in opportunities in other major Polish cities. In addition to this, the Group invests selectively in certain tertiary cities.

The Group’s underlying motivation is to generate a positive and sustainable contribution towards local, regional, and national economic development through their development and investment activity.

The Group benefits from the strong financial backing of a European UHNW family office with strong roots in the logistics sector, both through the ownership of transport companies and a significant portfolio of logistic real estate. The family is represented on the Group’s Management Board.
