Piątkowska 165 is a planned greenfield residential development, across 2 phases, on land owned by Apricot Capital Group in Poznań. The project consists of 4 buildings varying between 7 and 9 storeys (plus 2 underground levels). The completed project will encompass 419 apartments with either balconies or loggias, totalling c. 20,000 m2 of residential usable area and 419 parking spaces.

The plot is located in the Winiary district of Poznań, a predominantly residential area just under 5 km to the north of Poznań Główny, the city’s main train station, the latter itself on the immediate western boundary of the Old Town. A major feature of the site is its close proximity to Galeria Pestka, a well-established 42,300 m2 shopping centre, housing over 70 retail outlets. The typical profile of residents is expected to be that of young middle-income professionals, singles or couples, with or without young children, who are seeking modern, yet affordable accommodation. Significant emphasis will be placed on the landscaping of the green areas surrounding and between the planned buildings.
