Apricot Capital Group are the owners of this highly attractive, centrally-located building in Warsaw, which is listed on the Register of Monuments. The building, in its current form, has a basement and 4 overground floors (Ground, 1st, 2nd and 3rd). An inner patio provides a haven of peace and tranquillity.

Smolna 38 is located just a few steps away from Nowy Świat Street, one of the main historic throughfares of Warsaw, as well as Jerozolimskie Avenue, a main road which runs through the city centre along the East-West axis. The Group’s architectural studio, Studio20, are working on preliminary designs for redevelopment, taking into account the fact that 2 additional overground floors can be added. Both hotel and residential uses are permitted by the existing Masterplan.
